Except for separate arrangements with congress sponsors please note that there are a maximum of 3 registrations per pharma/industry/third party/VC organisation. It is the responsibility of each organisation to manage this globally. If you can see your organisation is a confirmed sponsor on our SPONSORS PAGE but you are not sure who the global coordinator is please contact the congress organisers. Please note that Industry Registrations do not qualify for WMS membership the following year.
It is not possible to block 3 spaces and confirm names later. All names received by deadline date 1st August 2020 will be confirmed as final. Each organisation can make up to 1 name change per 3 places before this date. Please note that a name change also requires approval of the applicant’s contribution to the congress.
All non-member applicants must provide a short profile about why they would like to attend the congress, during the registration process. This will be taken in to account when the committee review the submissions. The applicants must be able to demonstrate their scientific/ clinical contribution to the congress. If the organisers are not able to establish a registrant’s academic/ scientific engagement then the registration may be cancelled. Please use your work email address to register rather than Gmail, Hotmail etc.

If you are an Agency registering a delegate or group of delegates on their behalf please make sure the organisation they represent is entered into the address fields on the registration form rather than your agency address. Please also make sure it is mentioned in the profile you enter for each attendee. If this information is not provided it may delay the review of the application for registration.
The WMS2020 Congress will be applying for CME Credits from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference must forward a written cancellation (by email) to the WMS Congress Secretariat.
Refund of the registration fee (minus 20% for administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the Secretariat in writing on or before 1st August 2020. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed after the congress. No refunds will be granted in case of no show. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
